Payment methods

Paypal
With PayPal, you can shop without a credit card. The payment method requires a PayPal account.
Stripe
The payment provider for credit card payments is Stripe. We accept American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, MasterCard, Eurocard and Visa. The authorization hold will be removed from your credit card if the order is cancelled before the charge. In the case of a later cancellation, we will make a refund, which show as a separate transaction. Kindly note that it might take 3–6 business days for a refund to be visible on your credit card account.
Klarna
Klarna provides three different payment options: Pay now, Buy now and pay later and Slice it.
Paytrail
Finnish online banks (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Bank, Säästöpankit, OmaSäästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken), credit/debit cards and Collector invoice/installment. Payments are handled by Paytrail Oyj. It’s also possible to pay by bank transfer.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Shipping and delivery
Delivery time
2 to 5 business days when products are in stock. Shipping delays, weekends and holidays may affect delivery time.
Postal parcel – Finland
Posti Postal Parcel – Package delivered to Posti Parcel Point
Matkahuolto Near Parcel – Delivered to the parcel pick-up point nearest to the recipient’s address or chosen by the sender within 1-3 business days – also delivered on Saturdays in the Helsinki region, Tampere, Turku and Oulu.
Posti Parcel Baltics
The delivery time to Estonia and Latvia is 1–2 working days and to Lithuania 2–3 working days.
Delivered through an extensive service point and parcel locker network.
Priority parcel
Deliveries to the Nordic countries within 3–5 days, elsewhere in Europe within 2–7 days and elsewhere in the world within 6–14 working days. Formalities in the customs of the destination country may affect the delivery times.
Priority parcels are delivered to the recipient’s address in the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia (to corporate addresses only), Liechtenstein, Lithuania (to corporate addresses only), Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway (to corporate addresses only), Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the USA.
In other countries, the shipment is delivered to the pickup location and the recipient will be notified of the arrival of the delivery.
Posti EMS parcel
Express delivery to anywhere in the world. EMS express parcels (Express Mail Service) are delivered to the recipient through the fastest possible route.
Deliveries to the EU zone within 1–3 working days and elsewhere in the world within 2–8 working days. Formalities in the customs of the destination country may affect the delivery times. Delivery to the door of the recipient, handed over against a signed receipt.
Shipment tracking
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code for your package. You can check the shipping status of your package. The package is delivered to the service point selected at the ordering stage and you receive a package arrival notification by mail, email or SMS. It is not possible to track orders sent as a letter. If you have ordered an item that is not in stock, we will email you an estimate of the arrival date of the package.
Return and exchange policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Include a copy of the order when sending an item back for return or exchange. Also include your name, customer number, phone number, email and address. For exchanges, please include the information on what you wish to exchange the item for.
